Can't get enough of Chadwick Bell. Sensual simplicity shilouette and neutral color pallete never goes wrong. I heart all of the suites and dresses, especially the one with intricate embroidey on it. It drapes beautifully againts the skin, very fluid and graceful. Hmmmm...delish....

Armani New Concept Store, 5th Avenue, NY

Just opened last week, 18th February located at NY's famous 5th Avenue. This daring Armani store concept offers Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, EA7, Armani Casa and Giorgio Armani Beauty, Bar and Restaurant as well as exclusive products from both Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani. Prior to the opening of the US store, Armani opened identical store concept in Hong Kong and Tokyo. All were designed by the same Award Winning Italian firm, Fuksas. Shanghai will be the next home for this similar concept, scheduled to be open in 2010 (a little bird told me). With current economy situation, this is a very balsy move. Yes, this concept store worked in Asia because Armani's biggest market is in Japan and China since the early 90's. Most stores in 5th Avenue are actually loosing money, even during pre-recession time because of sky-rocketing rental fees. Not trying to be pesimistic, maybe this store was planned as a "monument-store". Yep...it is "Big Face" to have a flagship in the legendary 5th Avenue just like what everybody does. Well then it is time to "rub elbows" with the likes of Vuitton, Prada, Bendel, etc. Anyway...... Look at at the insanely beautiful staircase pictures below. Moi back to blogging....no I was not hibernating...

As a matter of fact I was already back in Chicago....and then one night I woke up in the middle of the night (usual insomnia) and had an epiphany. Realized that I have not been myself this past year. What happened to the old happy sunny me???? I need a new life! So I decided to flew across the globe to leave behind Chicago winter to be closer to the equator line. Yes...my dears...I simply flocked my wings...flap...flap...flap... and Voila 22 hours later!!!!!! Here I am in Jakarta, Indonesia beautiful country with gorgeous weather 365 days a year. BALI I'M COMING HOME TO YOU!!! Just 2 weeks ago I was in NY for a mini urban vacation, but was not smart enough with the timing because NY Fashion Week started 2 days after I left. Dang IT! Anyway, about me leaving States? yea...sad...but hey I have a whole new chapter, adventures and cool things waiting to be discovered. Stay tuned dahlings...stay tuned!!!!! Good news now I'm back to blogging and I have all the time in the world to travel anywhere and any time I want! I got to share more things with you guys *wink wink*. Now I have my own temporary office at home for now and hopefully in a couple of months my own-precious-little-design-firm. Looking for names now...been looking for weeks, this is hard pfff..............ideas anyone?anyone? Above, some beautiful pictures before I left Chicago. Sweet...very sweet...I know I will miss Chicago (only for the Summer and Autumn) but, I'll be back someday....

He likens it as "having an upset stomach from eating too many good things." Well, it does makes a good sense. Oui..oui...Whatever you think Karl, I totally agree. *wink wink*
