Introducing my recent obssesion, Zenza. This dutch company sourced these beautiful handmade light fixtures and accessories from Egypt. Not only this company is a part of Fair Trade movement, the owner ,Karin, had a cute love story behind it. 15 years ago she traveled to Egypt to get merchandise for her then new company. Not only she found gorgeous merchandise samples but she also found a nice beau who is now she is married with. Merry Christmas!

I took these pictures of awesome snowmans made by kids around my neighbourhood last year in Chicago. These snowpeeps are pretty swell aren't they?

Crazy! Christmas is TOMMOROOOWWWWW. It is hard to feel the spirit of Christmas when you are in the warmer weather country. Well maybe I might get the jolly spirit if I make my effort to go to the malls. But things are just so different here, Christmas in Jakarta is just not the same. I'm so used to the cold weather of Chicago already for the past 10 years of my life. I'm really dreaming of white x'mas this year. Oh...to compensate this longing feel, I put on my pashmina shawl while it is raining outside. Even thou it is not that cold, I just miss the warm and soft cashmere touch to my neck and drinking hot coco while reading my fav magazine in my own little corner. hmmm......I am flying to Bali today. I will be spending Christmas and New Year in the hot hot weather. Bali is the hottest around this time of the year because the hot summer wind blows from Australia. So Merry Christmas to you all my dolls and bunnies. Stay warm and be safe! *sending all the sunshine and warmth to y'all* HYAAHHH.......

I think this would be a great concept to replace the traditional engagement ring style. Look how sweet and modern the look. I scattered little diamonds here and there to make it sparkle just a little. I hope someone got the hint *wink wink*. I'm in love with everything that Cuaderno Bandada has to offer.

YwS getting hitched!

So, I went to Bali last weekend to see my friend Yaning getting hitched. It was a fun and beautiful wedding but boohoooo I did not bring my camera to the wedding. Oh Gaws,I hate myself *slap slap slap my own face*. Yaning has an exquisite taste in fashion, she had 3 costume changes during the reception, 1 beautiful custom red satin Chinese Cheong Sam wedding dress hand embroidered for the traditional dowry offering ceremony at the temple and 1 elegant ivory dress for the pre-reception party. Total of 5 dresses in all! fyuh! They all are custom made! They also flew to NY for their prewedding photo sessions. What a life! Oh where is my sugar daddy? DADDDYY!!!! Anyway, I'm trying to get pictures of all of her dress, meanwhile I only have a picture of this GORGEOUS red satin Chinese wedding dress of hers which i LOOVVEEEE so much. Congratulations Yaning my beautiful Dahhhlinggg!!!! Kiss Kiss! more photo of her costume coming. I have to beg her later to let me put her other wedding dresses pictures in here coz I wanna share them with y'all!
