Tokujin Yoshioka

All pictures via Tokujin Yoshioka web

I had to come up with a new design concept for an exciting project, so I spent the whole day daydreaming today. I do this routine as a way to get that "light bulb" moment. While I was minding my own business, out of nowhere, I stumbled upon Tokujin Yoshioka. He is an incredible dreamer with his own vision of "Design without a form". His ideas are so simple and pure, it is a hybrid of art and design. From all of his work, this Swarovski store in Ginza is one of my favorites. hmmm...I guess I'm just gonna keep dreaming for now.....oups I mean work work work...
